I travel to the Detroit area on business multiple times a year. I don't know how I never had this place come up on my list before. It will definitely be a "go-to" for me in the future. BIG place. Really much larger than most Best Westerns. A few miles out -- but close enough to downtown to be reasonable for daily...

“Need clean room”

“I don’t think it is asking too much for a bottle of water in the room. Being a diabetic, the water serves two purposes: hydration and a safe place to put insulin syringes.”

“The location was fantastic! The bed was very comfortable. The hallway carpeting was very dirty, and the muffins in the continental breakfast had mold on the top. The front desk were friendly, however, follow through wasn't executed.”

“the shower drain was clogged, mentioned to the front desk on Friday at 3pm they said ticket is open and someone will fix today At 8pm came back to the hotel and the issue was not fixed, I asked the front desk and I was told the maintenance was left and they will come fix Saturday morning , we checked out on Sunday and no one has came to fix it When checking out the front desk asked if the stay was good ! We mentioned the issue and he said I’m sorry you guys have a good day!!! I was not sure...

“The room had good space and was clean and staff were friendly. We were there for four days and housekeeping never came in. Online it says they will come every other day but it turns out you have to request it. It would get a better grade if they at least checked the trash and towels. We did enjoy our stay.”
